Fletcher Peacock presented his Solution Focussed Workshop to Allion Elementary School staff on August 24, 2012.

Prior to our workshop I had the opportunity to work closely with Fletcher in creating a team building activity specifically catered to our staff.  I found Fletcher easy to work with and a good listener.  Fletcher’s overall performance was entertaining and professional.  He engaged Allion’s staff who truly bought into the concept of Solution Focused Communication.  It has contributed to the professional growth of the members of our staff.  The workshop was truly an educational experience for all and I am excited about the immediate results and look forward to the full impact as the 2012-13 school year progresses.

I strongly recommend Fletcher’s Solution Focussed Workshop.

Sincerely,

Carmela di Iorio,
Principal

“This letter is in response to your presentation on January 31, 2002. This is to let you know of my appreciation of both the content and the form of your presentation. At the level of over-all staff improvement, I have to say that you have been able to reach all our personnel, in a positive fashion. Furthermore, I must tell you that its positive effect has endured over the intervening weeks. In terms of the response of various members of our staff, even from the very persons who hesitated to participate in this presentation, you have passed the test with a resounding success […].”

[…] We have called on the services of the consultant, Mr. Fletcher Peacock on several occasions. […] During these sessions, people were won over by his ideas, interested in the content and curious to know more. Indeed, he captured everyone’s attention.

[…] These meetings have proved useful and some people have attended them on more than one occasion. […] I recommend Mr. Fletcher Peacock as a consultant. His workshops dealing with Solution Focused Communication and the enneagram provide a basis for solving problems and improving communication within an organization.

“[…] Teachers who participated in this meeting left with new energy, with simple yet concrete solutions applicable to their teaching approach.

Indeed, this conference, entitled, “Solution Focused Communication”, has permitted the teaching faculty (mostly at the beginning of their careers) to clarify their objectives while working as a team, or in the class with their students. The manner of tackling the proposed interpersonal communication has motivated them to change their point of view with respect to their pedagological habits.”

[…] “I am pleased to enclose a copy of our bulletin, FEEP, …in a brief from last December. We suggested to our members to give a copy of your book entitled, “Water the Flowers, not the Weeds,” to their assistants. The participants at the October 4th, 2001 session have greatly appreciated the contents of the session as well as your dynamism and knowledge of the realities of the world of teaching. Your workshop presented a very useful lesson humorously and without pretension. Several have told me after the session that it encouraged them to review their ways of interacting with their colleagues and to function in a more harmonious fashion.” […]

[…] I attended a conference given by Fletcher Peacock on the subject of “Solution Focused Communication.” So impressed was I that I invited him to present his message before the entire group of managers and school principals of the Harricana School Board for a one-day session, followed by an evening conference at which the parents of more than 300 students were in attendance.

His message was original, practical and easily accessible. He proved to have a solid pedagogical approach tinged with an easy and effective sense of humor. The comments from a range of ‘clients’ were full of praise and indicated an eagerness for another session […].
